But the task of providing you with a high-value actionable report starts way before our shoppers set foot inside your premises. First, we determine your goals and objectives. Second, we lay out a program and design the research material for our mystery shoppers follow based on your goals and objectives. No matter how conscientiously our mystery shoppers do their job, or how valuable the information uncovered, none of this is useful to you unless the data are presented in a manner easy to understand, quickly absorbed, and offering clear courses of action. Your reports are available online in dynamic Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) - they are not generated until you click the link to collect them, including the concatenation of a graphical representation of the statistical information contained within your reports. In multiple location assignments, you will be provided a master integrated report (MIR) reflecting comparison over all completed assignment locations. All data is also protected by the same 128 bit encryption used by banks and credit card companies, and undergoes rigorous quality control by our staff to ensure that we have completed the assignment thoroughly, and that we have met your goals in every respect. - You can reactivate a survey from one assignment to use in another, making as many changes as needed to improve the focus in any given area with our user-friendly web interface.
